Inferno Hot Pilates™ is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is a training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and is conducted in a room heated to 35 degrees Celsius. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping. It is designed for all fitness levels.
Inferno Hot Pilates™ combines cardio and muscle toning in a heated room. The High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) keeps your heart rate up, helping you burn fat and increase fitness levels. The Pilates principles sculpt your body, creating long lean muscle mass, and enable you to build stronger core strength. The heat loosens up the muscles quickly, and the humidity makes you sweat — elevating your heart rate, boosting metabolism, and promoting detoxification.

Gabriella Walters is the founder of Inferno Hot Pilates™, the first dedicated Hot-Pilates studio in Las Vegas. Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Gabi grew up as an accomplished athlete, competing in Track and Field and winning her age group in many events including the Long Jump, High Jump, 400m, and 800m distances. She moved to the US in 2002 to compete in Fitness where she competed in many events across the country. Only after suffering a severe knee injury did she discover Meditation, Yoga, and Pilates. In 2009, Gabi developed Hot Pilates — a 60-minute, high intensity, low impact workout performed in a room heated to 35 degrees Celsius and 40% humidity. Three years later, Gabi opened her own Hot Pilates studio.
In 2008, Gabi’s spiritual journey took her to India, where she learned Deeksha (Oneness Blessing). After months of prayer and meditation on the other side of the globe, Gabi came home to Las Vegas and realized her own purpose — to make a difference in the world and in other people’s lives. Channeling her desire to help others with her love of fitness, Gabi began studying Yoga — becoming a Hatha Yoga Instructor RYT200 in 2009 and then getting certified in Power Yoga (Bryan Kest). Soon after Gabi became certified in Pilates through Balanced Body University (Jessica Abed-Rabbo) and started the Hot Pilates craze in the Las Vegas area.
In 2012, Gabi started Inferno Pilates — the first dedicated Hot Pilates studio in Las Vegas. Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout, using Pilates principles. The room is heated to 35 degrees Celsius. It is designed for all fitness levels. It helps to tone and strengthen muscles without the pounding of a high impact workout.
Doors to the studio usually opens 15 minutes before class. The studio will remain open maximum 30 minutes after classes. Classes start on time. Download @MindBody APP (search for Hot Spot Preston) to obtain up-to-date class times. Bookings necessary via the APP (classes can be booked up to 3 days in advance). Please CANCEL bookings at least 2 hours before class if you are unable to attend.
All relevant Victorian Government COVID-related restrictions apply. Pass by at reception for the teacher to sign you in and hand sanitize upon entry to the studio. Late cancellations will incur loss of pass used to book or a penalty fee.

Minimum age requirement for the full 90-minute Bikram yoga class is 13, children under 13 are welcome to participate in the second half of the class for the floor series. Minimum age requirement for the 60-minute Inferno Hot Pilates class is 13. All children under the age of 18 must have their registration co-signed by a parent/guardian. We prefer for minors under the age of 16 to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. We take our duty of care to each student seriously. Therefore we expect the same responsibility to be taken by all parents and guardians of children attending classes. The studio does not have child-minding facilities, therefore children are only permitted on premises (whilst the classes are in session) if he/she/they intend to participate as a student.
